Resumes submitted by a search firm to any Brightpoint employee via any method, including postal service, E-Mail, the Internet, or directly in any form without explicit, written authorization from Brightpoint Human Resources will be deemed the sole property of Brightpoint, and no fee will be paid to the search firm in the event the candidate is hired by Brightpoint or any of its subsidiaries. All search firms must work directly with Brightpoint Human Resources as the primary point of contact to be considered for business.
Search firms are essential to the recruitment and staffing efforts at Brightpoint, and we value these partnerships. Even contracted search firms need to obtain written authorization from Brightpoint Human Resources for specific positions in order to be paid a fee for any candidate referrals.
